Melissa K. Dyches

Melissa joined The Forrest Group in June 2001 and serves as the Director of Operations and Client Services Manager. She is also a Licensed Service Assistant with the New York Life Insurance Company. Along with managing all daily office operations, Melissa works directly with all our clients throughout the life insurance underwriting process and serves as the main contact with New York Life, striving to maintain a seamless experience for everyone. She then continues the service experience with all our clients after the underwriting process is completed, by tending to any policy servicing needs. In addition to her many roles, Melissa is "Mom" to her dog Bella Marie, Aunt to three amazing nephews and Godmother to her beautiful and talented goddaughter. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, catching up on her many favorite tv shows, cooking and volunteering for causes close to her heart, specifically animal rescue and pediatric cancer.
